If an authority asked you for money so they would not detain or fine you, kept your documents, or threatened you, you can tell us here, in your language.

• You do not need to give your name.
• We do not store your location or your IP address.
• Your report is received by a civil organization, not by an authority.

This is a report: it does not start any legal process and it does not replace the authorities. At the end we will guide you on what else you can do.

We filled in the current date and time; change them if it happened earlier. Approximate is fine. We do not use your phone's location.

You can add up to 3 photos or screenshots, for example of the ATM withdrawal.

We recommend not uploading photos of other people unless necessary. Your photos are sent right after your report, and we remove data such as the location.

It is your decision. You can change it now and keep your report anonymous.

If something is wrong, go back and fix it.

Save your reference number and your key: you will see them only once. Without the key you cannot check the status or withdraw your report.

What else can you do?

• If you are in danger right now, call 911.
• Contact your country's consulate or embassy: they can guide and support you.
• Keep photos, screenshots, receipts and any detail about the patrol car or the officers.
• The directory of formal channels will be published here before launch.
